Send cash items directly to player accounts
Tips:
• ItemIdx: The item ID from your item database
• ItemOpt: Item options/grade (0 for normal)
• DurationIdx: 0 = permanent, other values for timed items
• Quantity: Number of items to send (uses efficient batch insert)
